2Installation

a、 The installation location of the water meter should avoid exposure to sunlight, pollution, and flooding, and be convenient for disassembly, assembly, and recharging.

b、 Newly installed pipelines must be cleaned of sand, gravel, hemp fibers, and other debris before installing water meters.

c、 The water meter must be installed horizontally, with the surface facing upwards; The direction of the arrow on the watch case should be the same as the direction of the water flow.

d、 The water meter shall not be directly connected to the pipeline, and there shall be a movable interface between them.

e、 The water meter should be installed at the inlet pipe of the boiler and a check valve should be installed.

3、 Instructions for use
1User account opening: After installing the water meter, if the valve is already open without swiping the user card, the overdrawn water volume of this water meter will be used. When the user first swipes the user card on the meter, it indicates that the meter has been opened and the used water volume will be automatically deducted.

2User purchasing water: The user places the user card that has purchased water into the RF sensing area of the water meter, and the module will display as shown in the figure1, Display“”(Image)1）Indicates that data exchange is in progress Then display the new purchase quantity.

3 Reading method: When the user wants to check their water usage, place the user card in the radio frequency induction area of the water meter to wake it up. At this time, the latest cumulative water usage, remaining water usage, newly purchased water usage, and other parameters will be displayed on the LCD screen in sequence.

4Card swiping error: If the user swipes the card too quickly or places it in the wrong position during the card swiping process, the wrong card character will be displayed followed by cumulative, remaining, and newly purchased water volume. (When this situation occurs, users should not worry as it will not cause any recognition loss. Please swipe your card again.).

5Valve closing alarm:
(1)Insufficient remaining water: When the remaining water decreases to the alarm water level (set by the management department), the valve will be automatically closed to remind the user to purchase water in a timely manner. At this time, the user can use their own user card to swipe the card and open the valve to continue using water. Each cumulative water usage1It will automatically close the valve to remind the user to purchase water. When the remaining water volume decreases to0At this time, the valve can be opened by swiping the user card to enter the overdrawn state and continue using water (applicable when the management department sets the overdrawn water volume). When the overdrawn water volume is used up, the valve will automatically close,Cannot be opened with user card.Only after the user purchases water again and recharges it, can the valve be opened to continue using water,And subtract the amount of overdraft water already used.

(2)Battery power shortage prompt: When the battery voltage of the water meter is lower than the set value and there is a power shortage, the water meter valve will automatically close. At this time, the user card can be used to open the valve to continue using water,48After hours, if the battery has not been replaced, the valve will be completely closed and can only be opened after replacing the battery,When the battery runs out of power, the management department should be notified promptly to replace the battery. When there is a power shortage, the module will automatically prompt.

6Fault prompt: When the valve malfunctions (such as icing at the valve due to cold weather) or due to other reasons, a fault prompt will be displayed on the LCD screen (as shown in the figure)6）It should be promptly reported to the management department for resolution.

7User card replacement: After the user card is lost, please go to the management department to reissue a new user card.

4、 Fault symptoms and troubleshooting methods:

1Wrong card when swiping: Please swipe the card again.

2Valve closed: Please swipe your card again. When it shows "power shortage", please request the management department to replace the battery; When 'Please recharge' is displayed, please purchase water from the management department; When 'interference' is displayed, please notify the management department to investigate the cause.

5、 Precautions

a、 Please use the card swiping method correctly and do not swipe the card too quickly to avoid reading water meter data failure.

b、 Do not bend the card to avoid damaging the chip and antenna inside the card.

c、 Do not expose the card to direct sunlight, strong alternating electromagnetic fields, high temperatures, corrosion, or other harsh environments.

d、 If the card is damaged or lost, please apply for a replacement card at the water purchasing outlet as soon as possible.

e、 Please keep the watch case dry and clean to ensure the normal operation of the watch.

f、 Neutral detergent must be used for cleaning, and strong acids and alkalis are not allowed.

g、 Please do not dismantle the water meter or pile up debris on it without authorization.

5、 After sales service

Within one year of using our water meter, if the installation is reasonable, the flow rate is normal, and there is any internal component damage or malfunction (except for freezing damage) caused by manufacturing quality, our factory is responsible for repairing and replacing it while ensuring the integrity of the lead seal.
